Topic of the report: Receipt of a notice under Article 70 point 1 of the Act on public offering and the terms and conditions for introducing financial instruments to an Organised Trading System and on public companies

Pursuant to Article 70 point 1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the terms and conditions for introducing financial instruments to an Organised Trading System and on public companies (Journal of Laws No 184 item 1539, as amended), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (‘Company‘) hereby reports that having received on 22 March 2017, after working hours, a notice from Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, acting for and on behalf of the funds it manages:

1) PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy;

2) PZU Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Globalnych Inwestycji;

3) PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Akcji Focus;

4) PZU Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Universum

Of a change in the number of the Company shares held and a drop below 5 %.
