Topic: Conclusion of a contingent contract of sale.

The Management Board of the company styled J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (‘Company’) with reference to Current Report No 20/2017 of 6 June 2017, reports that on 12 June 2017 It concluded a contingent contract for the sale of ownership of plots of land No 22/3 (Land and Mortgage Register SZ1S/00221568/6) and 22/2 (Land and Mortgage Register SZ1S/00082676/9) situated in Szczecin at Al. Wyzwolenia (‘Real Property’) to Hanza Invest S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (the entity controlled in 100% by the Company). 

The contract was concluded on the same terms as the terms of the contract contested by the Court (Contract of 2 December 2016), which terms were described in detail in the Company’s Current Report No 18/2016 of 2 December 2016. 

The basis for submission of this report is the relevance of the event to the Company’s operations.
