Legal basis: Article 70(3) of the Act on public offering

Topic of the report: Submission of the list of shareholders with more than 5 % of votes at the Annual Meeting of Sharehoders held on 26 June 2017.

Pursuant to Article 70 point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the terms and conditions for introducing financial instruments to an Organised Trading System and on public companies (Journal of Laws No 2016 item 1639 - consolidated text), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (‘Company’) hereby submits the list of shareholders with at least 5 % of votes at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 26 June 2017 (‘Meeting’) together with the statement on the number of votes of each of such shareholder attached to the shares held, and indication of their percentage share in the number of votes at the Meeting and in the total number of shares authorised to attend the Meeting.
