Topic of the report: Preliminary information on performance for Q2 2017. 

The Management Board of the company styled J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (‘Issuer’) hereby reports that:

1)    The number of development contracts, preliminary sales contracts (i.e. those on completed investments, agreements with clients other than individual clients and service premises) and paid bookings made by all the companies of the Issuer’s Group concluded in Q2 2017 was 449.

2)    The estimated number of premises to be recognised in the revenue of the Issuer’s Group for Q2 2017 is approx. 140.

As compared to Q2 2016:

1)    The number of development contracts, preliminary sales contracts (i.e. those on completed investments, agreements with clients other than individual clients and service premises) and paid bookings made by all the companies of the Issuer’s Group concluded in Q2 2016 was 390.

2)    The number of premises which have been recognised in the revenue of the Issuer’s Group for Q2 2016 was 575.

The above information may be different from the final data to be presented at the time of publication of the interim report for the first half of 2017.
