Topic: Appointment of the Audit Committee

Content of the report:

The Management Board of the company styled J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (Issuer) reports that today, i.e. on 28 September 2017, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, acting pursuant to point 9(b) of the Board’s Rules of Procedure appointed the Audit Committee composed of the following members: 

Mr Jacek Radziwilski - Chair of the Audit Committee;

Mr Marek Maruszyński - Member of the Audit Committee;

Ms Irmina Łopuszyńska - Member of the Audit Committee. 

The Issuer’s Management Board also reports that the Audit Committee composed of the above-mentioned members fulfils the requirements of Article 129(1), (3), (5) and (6) of the Act on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision (Journal of Laws of 2017 item 1089).
