The Management Board of the company styled J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (‘Company’) reports that on 15 November 2017 the Company received from Mr Józef Wojciechowski, President of the Company’s Supervisory Board, a notice on transactions on the Company’s shares executed on 13 November 2017 referred to in Article 19(1) of MAR. The content of the notice is submitted by the Company in the appendix.
