Report subject: Preliminary information about the financial results for Q3 of 2017.

 

Report’s content:

The management board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its business seat in Ząbki, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, hereby informs that:

1)       The number of real estate development agreements, preliminary sales agreements (i.e. agreements regarding finished investments, agreements with entities other than individual clients, and agreements for the sale of business units), and paid reservation agreements signed by the companies being part of the Issuer’s Capital Group in Q3of 2017 was 389.

2)       The estimated number of units to be taken into account in the revenue of the Issuer’s capital group for Q3 2017 is approx. 225 units.

In Q2 of 2016:

1)       The number of real estate development agreements, preliminary sales agreements (i.e. agreements regarding finished investments, agreements with entities other than individual clients, and agreements for the sale of business units), and paid reservation agreements signed by the companies being part of the Issuer’s Capital Group in Q3of 2016 was 438.

2)       The number of units that were recognized in the revenue of the Issuer’s capital group for Q3 of 2016 was 496 units.

The presented information can be different from the final date that will be published at the publication of a periodical report for Q3, 2017.
