Acting based on § 5 section 1 subsection 22) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009  regarding the current and periodic information provided by the issuers of security papers as well as the conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal (Journal of Law no. 33 of 2009 item 259), hereinafter known as the ”Ordinance”, J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its business seat in Ząbki, Poland, hereinafter known as the ”Company”, hereby informs that on August 16, 2017 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders appointed Mr. Marek Maruszyński to the Supervisory Board of the 4th joint term.   

The description of the education of Mr. Marek Maruszyński, his qualifications, and posts held previously, including his professional life can be found in the attached curriculum of Mr. Marek Maruszyński. Mr. Marek Maruszyński does not conduct any other competitive activity towards the Company; he is not a partner in any partnership; he is not a member of any other competitive limited company. He is not included in the register of insolvent debtors conducted by the National Court Register.
