Legal basis: Article 17 section 1 MAR – confidential information Report subject: Initial information on the results for Q2 of 2016. The management of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its business seat in Ząbki (hereinafter known as Issuer) hereby informs that:
1) the number of developer agreements entered into Q2 of 2016, preliminary sales agreements (i.e. agreements regarding completed investments, agreements with other entities than individual customers and business premises) as well as paid reservations by companies being part of the Issuer's Capital Group was 390

2) The estimated number of units to be recognized in the revenue of the Issuer's Capital Group for Q2 of 2016 is 600. For comparison, in Q2 of 2015 the Issuer's Capital Group:

1) the number of developer agreements entered into Q2 of 2015, preliminary sales agreements (i.e. agreements regarding completed investments, agreements with other entities than individual customers and business premises) as well as paid reservations by companies being part of the Issuer's Capital Group was 352.

2) the number of units to be recognized in the revenue of the Issuer's Capital Group for Q2 of 2015 was 197 units.
