Report subject: Presentation the list of shareholders holding more than 5% of the voting rights during the Ordinary General Meeting on June 29, 2016

Acting pursuant to article 70 section 3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Law of 2005 r. no. 183 item 1538), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its business seat in Ząbki (hereinafter referred to as Company ) hereby presents the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the voting rights during the Ordinary General Meeting held on June 29, 2016 as well as the number of voting rights held by those shareholders with the indication of their percentage participation in the number of votes and the shares entitling to participate in the Ordinary General Meeting.
