J. W. Construction Holding S.A. company, one of the largest developers in Poland closed the third quarter of this year at the level of 275 premises sold.This means that the rate of sales was increased by 22 percent in comparison to the same period in last year.In the third quarter, the Company sold 214 premises.Since the beginning of the year, the number of deliveries was 703 premises and this means an increase by 148 percent in comparison to the period from the first to the third quarter of 2012.
Financial results
J. W. Construction Holding S.A. group achieved in the third quarter of 2013 the revenue from sales of the amount of PLN 77.1 million and this means 38 percent more than in the same period in 2012 and a net profit of PLN 2.3 million.Gross margin was 24 percent.
After the first three quarters of 2013, J. W. Construction Holding S.A. has PLN 7.4 million net profit and PLN 258.4 million revenue from sales which represents an increase of 196 percent and 22 percent in comparison to the same period in 2012.
- The financial data after first three quarters of this year are satisfactory for us.In the two months since the introduction of Bliska Wola to sales, customers bought more than half of the premises available at this stage.We are also in a very advanced stage of starting new investments, which will have impact on developing even better financial results in future periods - says Małgorzata Szwarc-Sroka, the Director of the Economic Division of J.W. Development activities
In the third quarter of 2013, the Company received a building permit for the 1st stage of the investment at
Bałtycka street in Katowice.The four residential designs were at the realization stage within this period:Rezydencja Redłowo in Gdynia, Oaza Piątkowo in Poznan, Bliska Wola (stage I) in Warsaw and single-family homes within the project of Villa Campina (Ożarów Mazowiecka).In the analyzed period, the Company was also preparing to introduce Nowe Tysiąclecie Katowice investment to the sale.
- As you can see in our growth strategy, they key matter is capital market, but also other cities in Poland.In our opinion, beachheads already created in cities such as Lodz, Gdynia and Katowice perfectly enrich our offer, and thus they build our financial results.Therefore, we add new cities to our offer.An example is Oaza Piątkowo in Poznan, where the interest in this project is very big - says Małgorzata Szwarc-Sroka, the Director of the Economic Division of J.W.
