On 22 August of the current year, Jerzy Zdrzałka resigned from his position as President of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. Management Board. Józef Wojciechowski, the main shareholder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, announced that he would file a petition with the Supervisory Board to temporarily appoint him to perform the function of the President.
Jerzy Zdrzałka has resigned from his position as president for personal reasons. He had held the position of the company's president for the last two years. In connection with the decision of the former president, Józef Wojciechowski said:
“Due to the resignation of Mr. Jerzy Zdrzałka from the position of President of the Company’s Management Board, I wish to announce my intention to immediately convene the meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board and place on the agenda a point concerning adoption by the Supervisory Board of the resolution to temporarily appoint me to perform the duties of the President of the Management Board.
