J.W. Construction Holding S.A. has obtained a valid permit for building the Amber Estate, which will come into being in Warsaw's district of Wawer. The investment will include 312 apartments of different sizes.
The investment construction has already started, and its end is scheduled for the third quarter of 2010. The Estate is situated in Korkowa street in Wawer. Ten low, four-storey terraced buildings with underground garages and gable roofs will be erected in the complex.
Apartments – from bedsits to three-room apartments - will have balconies and assigned parking places. The Estate will be fenced and guarded 24 hours a day. The buildings will be finished with clinker brick which is a material resistant to effects of unfavorable weather conditions.
The apartments include attractive payment systems: 10/90 and 20/80. It means that the customer pays 10% of the apartment value when signing the agreement, and the balance only when collecting the keys. Depending on the way of financing, prices range from PLN 5,746 to 7,500 per sq m. The smallest bedsits have an area of 27 sq m. The largest three-room apartments reach 86 sq m.
The neighborhood of the Estate being erected is the richly afforested area of Wawer. Nearby, there is e.g. Rembertów Forest, two reservations: Olszynka Grochowska and King Jan III Sobieski reservation. The general contractor of the entire investment is J.W. Construction S.A., a construction company spun off from the Holding structure.
