On 21st May 2007, in connection with the Public Offer of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. it has been established that 1.380.888 shares will be offered in Individual Investor Tranche. The subscriptions for J.W. Construction Holding S.A. shares will be continued in the period 22nd up to 24th May 2007.
